All Archived documents are displayed in the Document Summary.

  • The list can be sorted on any column and filters may be applied to display only the documents of interest.
  • Whilst Filing Clerk is not an accounting package, a number of invoices, receipts letters and other essential documents will be stored for future reference.
  • Each document is ‘stored’ in an appropriate Project Folder, allowing quick sorting into cost centers.
  • Each document can be nominated for action by a staff member or by no-one and all non-actioned documents can be viewed in a simple to-do list.
  • Each original document can be viewed at any time by clicking on the View Document button, which activates the application that the operating system associates with that file-type, as a viewer.
